Operation Manual：

Evaporative Cooler – Key Points：

1) To have a systematic check based on operation conditions and the customer’s requirements；

2) To maximize the evaporative cooling efficiency, please follow the following conditions to operative the coolers：

a)Ambient temperature：18℃-45℃

b)Relative humidity：≤85%；

c)Atmospheric pressure：86Kpa-106Kpa；

d)After softening the Water supply – water temperature：0.15-0.6Mpa；

e)Voltage deviation：±10%；

f)Ambient air quality – GB 3096 grade 3 or above；

g)Non corrosive environment.

3）The product should be away from source of fire during transportation, installation and operation.

4）During operation, the inlet water pipe and other water connections should be tight and leak-proof otherwise it may cause damage to the equipment and the product.

5）To maximize the cooling effect, the location must have enough open windows and doors. If there are not enough windows or doors, additional ventilation equipment or louver windows are required.

6） Do not open or dismantle the evaporative cooler during operation. Turn off electricity before inspect or maintain the cooler otherwise casualty may result.

7）Please use the correct capacity fuses or equivalent. Check in every inspection in electrical parts.

8）If the air quality in the location is bad, air filters may be installed to maximize the cooling effects.

9）Please consult professionals how to operate in locations where there are strict requirements in temperature and humidity

10）Please notify our company or its dealers immediately to service if any abnormal conditions appear
